What Pills Have Numbers 58 98 On Them

I found a vial with several round white pills, but the label is illegible. On one side are the numbers 21 58 and on the other side is 9 8. Can you tell me what they are? other numbers missing I see an n and maybe 5843 or 9843 ## Okay, so we're just looking at part of a pill, or part of an imprint? Do these letters/numbers seem to be at the beginning or end of the imprint? That's why I'm not clear on and it's making it difficult for me to find anything.
