I just got some meloxicam ,do it work i got for my knee ## Hello, Chee! How are you? It depends on what is causing the pain in your knee and not every medication works for everyone that tries it. The FDA classifies Meloxicam as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Has your doctor prescribed it for you?

They are saying that the new opana works as well as the old. There are so many peoples statements that I have read saying the new don't work as well but yet Endo states their research don't prove that. All people who have a real medical problem that causes pain and takes new opana and it doesn' work as well as the old needs to speak up. One person can't change anything. People who are being treated awful by medical doctors and pain clinics because they have pain also need to speak up. ## Read what Endo states what they think will happen with Opana in 2013-14. *double-digit prescription growth in products like Voltaren Gel and the reformulated OPANA ER which will drive growth in our branded pharmaceutical businesses. What does the pharmaceutical people of Prolia advised regarding its side effects? ## Hello, Lala! How are you? They do warn that it can possibly cause some potential serous side effects, such as low blood calcium, serious infections, jaw bone problems, thigh bone fractures and more. Have you had a bad experience with it? ## Yes, the discomfort in the mouth is the worst. Now I have to make a decision regarding what to do with my osteoporosis. IF I HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS. I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD THE INJECTION. NOW , I DO NOT KNOW IF THE PROLIA EVEN HELPS THE BONE LOSS. THE FDA SHOULD BE SUED. THIS IS OUT...

Hi, I have severe gastroparesis for 5 years now. I’ve been through tubes, pics, ports, pyloroplasty and Botox. I asked my dr if I could try emend and she gave the okand the script. I have to say, emend plus zofran was the best anti nausea and barfing control that I’ve ever had! I was so happy! But, it’s $20 for 3 pills!! I can’t afford this because of all my other meds as well. Could I get it in IV form and administer it to myself with my drs approval? Also if you get it for Iv, do you get more than 3 days worth at a time? Or more pills for the high copays? Thank you so much! Wendy ## it is used to treat severe forms of nausea, so yes, it can be taken by people who do not have cancer. Is this also good for pain relief for neck pain. ## As far as small pains like neck pain from an accident. This drug is so not the best out of all the pain management type of things. They all have side effects that are some what simular and I know of only one person that I know that can take this drug without problems. For small things related to accidents, go with something else. I had all the side effects, my emoitions were off the chart, I lost my job within 3 days of taking this because I sat at my desk and cried for an hour after just one pill. I couldn't think, form sentences, I had a headache that was just incredible. There were alot more things I just can't remember all of them. Please remember people don't take these new drugs lightly. my son's brain is fiaring to fast for his body and speach and our dr suggested that he use epitec 25mg twice a day (he is 9 years old). Our dr thought that this would work better than ritalin. would you agree and what are the warning signs i need to look out for. ## What do you mean by saying that it is firing too fast? I'm sorry, but I am not sure I understand. Epitec contains the active ingredient Lamotrigine, which is an anticonvulsant medication that has also been shown to be effective in some people as a mood stabilizer. Learn more Lamotrigine details here. ## How they described it was, that his brain is working at the pace of a 13 year old. his attention span is not very long. our dr said that he didnt want to put him on ritalin as that would affect his moods and that is w...

This is the list of ingredients that I found listed as the product Dbx-13, The websites dont give the TradeName® as that would let people skip buying into HSI's newsletter which is probably their main source of income. That info IS Free if you sign-up and they say they will give a discount over the somewhat "High" price quoted by the supplier which is about $60. for a 30 day supply. That doesnt sound like a very high price to pay if you can reduce your Daily Insulin inj. amount, as my cost for that is about $250 per month. The customer reviews seem great but as with anything, it is a personal experience and everyones outcome can vary. I havent tried this product as I am a Type 1 Juvenile Diabetic... seems this is mostly for Type II. If I had Type II then I would definit...

My doctor wants to take me off Xanax. I have taken 1mg 3 times a day for 10 years. I take it for my anixity disorder as well as a relaxant for my skeletal muscle disorder. I need to know the names of medicines that will work the same as the xanax and that my body won't go into withdrawl. I've already lost my pain medicine last month now he wants to quit writing my Xanax. ## They say Klonopin and I did try two. Seems to work but almost the same stuff ## @con71446, There are a number of other benzo-class drugs on the market outside of Xanax. Some affect people differently than others based on their varying half-life's and sheer potency. But certain medications ending in "pam" (such as Diazepam, Lorazepam, Clonazepam/Klonopin as mentioned, etc..) seem to me like they wo...

I am on day 2 of chantix and I was wondering when will it really start to work? This may sound crazy but I felt different on day 1. But I wanted to know when did it really kick in for all of you? I say day 1 was different for me due to the fact that I normally smoke a pack a day, and that day I smoked 1/2 the pack. Today, day 2, same thing but longer in between the smoking of the previous cig. ## Hello, Jojo! How are you? Most people have reported seeing an improvement at about a week in, that's when they said they really lost the desire to smoke. Side effects to this medication may include nausea, headache, difficulty sleeping and abnormal dreams. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is the best USP alprazolam available ? ## There is really no way to say that any particular one is the best, while in theory they are all the same, there can be differences in generic medications. This means that there can be different fillers, which may affect how well they work for certain people, plus the slight fluctuations that can be present in the amount of the active ingredient may cause problems for people that are sensitive to such changes. The only thing you can really do is try one and see how well it works for you. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I am a patient of polyneuropathy(CIDP). Can I take (NEUXAM)Alprazolam u.s.p(0.25mg) each alternate day to reduce depression/tension of my mind??

What does the v on the one side of the pill mean. People say it's like real vicoden. What is its meaing? ## Hello, Brad! How are you? If you're referring to a stylized V that is pressed into one side of the tablet, that is a simply a logo that was used by Vintage Pharmaceuticals, which is now owned by Qualitest. It means nothing in relation to what's in the pill, though many have misunderstoof and thought it meant it was Vicodin. However, this manufacturer makes many different pharmaceutical medications and most of them are not Vicodin, or its generics. The FDA classifies Vicodin as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any numbers on the table...

My vision is ok now. ## Hello, Nippy! How are you? This is just a nutritional supplement, so unless your doctor says otherwise, there is no harm in taking it, or in stopping it. The U.S. FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people, due to its potency. Is there anything else I can help with?

I HAVE GAINED 27 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS. WHAT CAN I DO OTHER THAN STOP TAKING LYRICA? SHOULD I QUIT OR LOWER THE DOSAGE? I TAKE 2 DOSES PER DAY. ## It's difficult to say exactly what about a medication causes any specific side effect, in many cases there is really no way to explain it, but Lyrica contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, which is actually an anticonvulsant, so it works on brain chemicals. This means that it may be having an affect on something that stimulates the appetite, or slows the metabolism, so some people gain weight easier than normal, while taking it. Have you discussed the issue with your doctor? You may need to start more closely watching what you eat, or up the amount of exercise you get each day. ## I can relate to the weight gain with Lyrica. When I first...

I've been taking the generic for Lamictal for about five years. Recently I've been feeling different at about the beginning of the year. I use to take the white ones but now I am taking a generic by Taro. What is the best generic for this drug? I never really payed any attention until I started getting this crazy migraines. If anyone has any insights it would be much appreciated. ## There's really no way to say which is the best, since different people can react differently, so it depends on what works for you. The best idea I can give you is to check with your pharmacy and see who manufactured the ones that you used to take and ask if they can order them back in for you. They usually can and will sometimes do so for their regular customers. Does anyone else have any advice ...

I have successfully taken.mederoxyprogesterone for years but some of them have sodium laurel sulfate, I can't take them. I need greenstone 2.5 mg. Where can I find it? ## Hello Linda, Sorry to say but almost nobody will be able to answer this question for you. The reason is that most pharmacies refuse to put out the information regarding which brands/generics that they carry to avoid incentivizing thieves from targeting their store. I know it's inconvenient for people who need to take specific generics but realistically it's a necessary precaution to avoid having prescription drugs stolen, sold and abused. Other users have claimed that they found luck calling around in some areas while others had to go to the pharmacies in person in order to get this information. Many also c...
