It's generic for Vicodin. The exact doses are: Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg ## NO! L484 is NOT Vicodin, this is nothing more than Acetaminophen 500mgs, no other ingredients, it is a generic or store brand Extra Strength Tylenol.

They look the same and both descriptions say hydrocodone / acetaminophen 10-325 mg. Is there a difference and are they interchangeable? ## Actually, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals list the tablet with the M 366 marking as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and they list the one with the M 367 marking as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so they are different. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

white oblong tablet markings on one side m366 ## Hydrocodone bitartrate + Acetaminophen 7.5 mg / 325 mg (M366) by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals This is really generic Norco, and not generic Vicodin... The Vicodin strength closest to this is 7.5mg/750 mg ## That ID is correct, though since they contain the same ingredients, most doctors and pharmacists use Norco and Vicodin interchangably. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Read more: Are there any questions? ## I had surgery on the very top of my left leg bone from a bad staff infection abcessed. And was prescribed Norco and this Norco is a JOKE for a pain medication. The doctor said i was being prescribed vicodin but the bottle says "hydrod/apap 5/500 mallin". Is that the same as vicodin? ## Based on the abbreviation of hydrod/apap 5/500 that points to the active ingredients Hydrocodone 5 mg / Acetaminophen (APAP) 500 mg, which are the same ingredients as in Vicodin. Mallin is most likely referring to the manufacturer of the medication (Mallinckrodt?) - So yes, what you have is a generic equivalent of Vicodin. ## I thought it was same as norco. I take 7.5/325 now of the mal brand and I am afraid it’s not going to help as well as the peach colored A brand. Are they the same? This new one has m366 on it.
