Hi, I've been taking Dulan 30 mg for the last 7 months, taking one daily sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening or sometimes before sleeping. My problem is my shoulder and neck pain, but in 2007 I had a panic attack where I used xanax and cipralax tablets. When I use Dulan i feel well but then I forget one week and start 20mg after two weeks. I am 23 years old. I had a kidney stone and was given an injection 'Mikastar 500 mg' for 5 days. The stone came out through urination automatically after few days. After 15 days of that I got light pain in my left testicle. For that again I visited the physician and he prescribed me 'Deecee Forte' tablet for three weeks. It is still continued. I had little swelling and light pain in the testicle. After taking the prescribed medicine for 2 weeks now I feel very weak and loss of appetite. The swelling is reduced. But the testicle is still paining in between. Though the pain is less but I am feeling disturbed and feeling weakness. I have been on 20mg of Celexa for 5 weeks now. I have noticed little difference. I have to take ativan to get through the day! I keep getting this pain under my shoulder blade that extends down to my right elbow. it is sometimes so excruciating, that I want to cry. the pain can last for many weeks at a time. I have been on traction and for Physiotherapy for this, but every two years or so it starts again. What is the best treatment for this. I am 63 and still working Physically. Good day Dr. I had my wisdom tooth extracted last year Feb, from then on my both ears are blocked. I never had problems before this. Went to an ent, had an op in Sept, Eustachian tube dilation.
