What Makes Lyrica Narcotic

Hi i have been living with fibromygia for about 10 years now,i was taking 50mg tramadol for pain three times a day.My doctor who was giving them to me has since moved to another city,and i have been getting no where in memphis trying to find a doctor willing to give me any.I dont't want to sound like a junkie but this has been the pain relieve med that has helped me thus far.I have tried lyrica and several differsnt anti depression med out there nothing seems to help my pain ,i also have buldging disc in my back am currently working but with this pain and no med i don't know for how long .Every doctor i have seen since my doctor left only wants to give anti depression which makes me more depressed than ever snd not been able to take care of my family,which by the way i have a au...

Does lyrica make narcotic pain releavers more lntensely felt ## Lyrica makes me feel drunk too. I couldn't even drive for a while until I slowly got used to the feeling. ## Hi Streak, From what I understand, Lyrica (Pregabalin) does in fact potentiate opiates. To what degree I'm not actually certain, but I'd imagine that it varies for each individual based on one's tolerance and so forth. However, in order to avoid possible overdose related symptoms in combination therapy, I think patients should always try to refrain from taking more than prescribed and maybe consider alternative ways to effectively manage pain along side their current regimen. Hi, I have severe Nerve pain caused by Pudendal Neuralgia. I won't take Endone because of the constipation it causes which makes the Nerve pain worse.
