I found a blue oval pill with M117 on it. Any ideas what it is? ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "M 771" as opposed to "M 117". This pill is also blue, but it's shape is round instead of oval. M 771 is identified as Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride (5 mg); which is a muscle relaxant, used for muscle spasms, migraines, and more. If this does not match your pill, you may want to consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything.
