What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. Does anyone else recognize this tablet without the pink color?

I take pills from my mom and write down the names of them, how they look the color how many milligrams, and what is stamped on them so I know which one it is. Is it a generic percocet with numbers 48 10 v? ## This tablet contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, so it is a generic for Roxicodone. It does not contain the Acetaminophen that Percocet would. OVAL WHITE PIIL WITH NO SCORE ON IT ## Oval white L434 ## The only pill I could find to match this description carries the marking L 484 and carries 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for extra strength Tylenol, it is available over the counter and frequently sold by Kroger stores. Yellow, oblong V on one side, 4829 on the other. I have no idea if this is even a real pill. I've google'd it came up with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen 10/325, but cannot find a picture or any other kind of info.. I have 2 of them. The only difference is when you flip them, on one of them, the V will be right side up but the other side 4829 will be upside down. On the second pill, the V will be right side up, flip it, the 4829 will be right side up. If that makes any sense. I know that is one way to tell a fake from real but with these I have no idea because I don't even know if the pill is even a real pill period!!
