I am on oxerute CD (one tablet). What is the purpose of this substitute? For how long can it be taken? Are there any side effects associated with this medicine? Oxerute Cd contains (500 mg) of Troxerutin + (500 mg) of Calcium Dobesilate. From what I can gather, it is reported as being a flavanoid, which is most commonly used for its vasoprotective properties (in medical cases). Have you called your local pharmacy to see if they have a list of brand name medications that contain Troxerutin and Calcium Dobesilate?
