The pill is oblong and white with 86 on one side and 15 on the other side. Was told it was a muscle relaxer. ## Can you please double check the marking? I haven't found anything with that marking in our U.S. prescription drug resources. If the pill is a white oval with P500 on one side and nothing on the other then it is (Equate extra strength pain reliever/fever reducer acetaminophen 500mg) I'm literally getting ready to take 2 of them after I'm done typing this. If it's a white oval pill that has "P" on one side and "500" on the opposite side then and ONLY THEN is it a ciprofloxacin...
