I'm not actually finding any images of this pill online, but the description seems to match up with yours, being a white round pill marked with a 30 on one side and R P on the other. Is he abusing drugs? ## Hi Ian, this appears to be a drug from Australia called Alepam (active ingredient Oxazepam), used in the treatment of anxiety. It is classified as a benzodiazepine. What Are Grey Round Pills With M Box On 1 Side And 30 On other ## I am not aware of a grey pill with this marking, but there is a pale blue one that has the M in a box on one side and a 30 over a score line on the other, which contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever. Didn't check the manufacturer but they are the same as all other 30mg oxycodones. Now, some say the manufacturer makes a big difference in how the meds work and I have to agree due to my experiences with many of them.
