I've been searching for this one for you for awhile now and I just can't find anything that matches it in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. That makes me suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter, or a foreign medication. Where did you find it? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Hi I'm trying to fi d out what a white round pill with a backwards d and r /500 is or it might be a r 500 I've looked everywhere

will this cause bad stomach pain. ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic, so it shouldn't cause severe stomach pain. However, it may cause some nausea as a side effect, along with dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash. Learn more Ciprofloxacin details here. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## Cipri caused me to have severe stomach pain and nausea. Every time I took a pill, I would have to lie down immediately, sometimes it could be in the kitchen floor because I couldn't make it to the couch. I can no longer take it because of anaphylactic symptoms associated with it. My body has developed an allergy to all antibiotics.

There is no ip190500. Only P500 on one side only. One side is blank. ## Is this a pink, oblong tablet? If so, it was manufactured by Pliva and they list it as having contained 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene. This medication has been removed from the market, because of the risk it caused of cardiac injury and a high number of overdose deaths, as reported by the FDA. My friend thinks her pills are vicodine, I have looked them up and found they r naproxin. is there any way a white oblong pill with ip190 on one side and 500 on the other b anything other than naproxin ## Hi Ashley, The imprint you mentioned "IP 190 500" is identified as Naproxen 500mg, and ONLY that. It is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. I was able to verify this on a number of websites as well, so you can be rest assured it is just that. Some people actually misinterpret the look of the pill and think that it is Hydrocodone (Vicodin), since the look of the oblong white pill is "similar" but this is not the case here.
