What Is This Grey Pill

Hello! I've found pills, but I'm no longer sure what they are. They're in a capsule form, I guess in an oblong-type shape. It's of a quite pale-yellow color and the text is a light-ish grey. The only writing on it is "APO 300". At only one end of the capsule, about where the "A" for "APO" is, there's a tiny indentation in the capsule that goes around it's circumference.

kl-142 ## This pill is light grey, about 3/4 inch long, it has a flat spot on the sides. I found it with what looks like caps that were put on it to make it look different but i am not sure. one of the caps is light blue with an 'L' on it and the other cap is red with a '5' on it. the caps do not touch eachother leaving the grey pill showing in the middle. ## That is actually just an over the counter Extra Strength Tylenol, the reason for the gap in the middle is to make it release faster. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## please submit a photo of the pill

found in school playground - capsule shaped hard tablet - no significant markings but could be a number on the white end. ## Without any markings, it's going to be difficult to identify this tablet. However, from what I've found, it may be a Concerta time released tablet, from which someone has scraped off the normal overcoating to try and defeat the time released mechanism. They contain the active ingredient Methylphenidate, which is a stimulant used to treat ADHD and, when the coating is removed, it matched this description. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## That is what it is. I have accidentally put my sons concerts through the wash and they come out white grey and with a small pink section at the end.

can someone please tell me what these are? i found 7 small round dark greyish colored pills, they have no imprint on either side ## If there are no markings on them, it may be difficult to determine exactly what they contain. We can rule them out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means they are most likely an over the counter product and that leaves it open to quite a few possibilities. Learn more OTC drug details here. What is your general location? Found a dark grey oblong pill. No imprint and no lines. Not a capsule. My guess its OTC but would like to know for sure what it is. ## Yes, if it has no markings, then it can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. However, that does leave the possibilities wide open among over the counter products. Where did you find it? Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back when I find anything. ## Found it Northern IL. Thanks for the help. ## I found a container with five light gray half inch oval pills no imprints on them ## Did u ever find out what it was cause I found one too

Hello, I have obtained a small round white pill with grey specks with either an '11' imprint or 'II' on one side, and an arrow that looks like the Cobalt Pharmaceuticals logo on the other side. Also, I have a large-ish (panadol sized) white with grey specks oval pill with just a division mark down the middle but no imprints. Any ideas what these are? Thanks
