What Is The Use Of Ranolaz 500

I've had a bypass in July 2013 & an angioplasty with one stent as my angina pain still persisted.. Even after all this my angina pain has not yet gone.. in fact I get it on rest too. I take Renolaz 500 three times a day.. Along with Betaloc 30 2ice a day, Flavedon MR 35 mg, Imdur 30 2ice a day, Ecosprin 75mg 1ce a day. Can you plz help me relive my pain and also what further treatment do u advice..Thx

In refractory angina after angioplasty what should be treatment guidelines ## I'm using nicorandil 10mg twice daily but don't find it helpful. Can I use Ranolazine 500 mg along with nicorandil? On exertion or when blood pressure is raised I find it distressing ( pain & chest pressure ). I've stents in heart.

I recently started on Ranexa 500 mg bid. I have noticed that my migraines, previously triggered by exercise, wine, chocolate, have ceased. I was recently given 500mg time-released caps of Ranexa after a heart cath, with blocked/failed stents but blood has re-routed, so no need for more stents. I do not do well on new medications. I had a severe reaction to the medrol pak that landed me in the heart procedure dept. It's been two days since procedure, I always have PVC's and am terrified to take this new med. The Dr. is out of office til next week and I'm on Lisinopril already and worry about more arrythmias/PVCs or other side effects. I am 82 now. When I walk some distance I get heavy breathing. Indoors I am perfectly ok. CT angiogram and ECG normal. No calcium. I am a diabetic and take metformin and galvus. The cardiologist has prescribed ranx-500. Is it ok.
