Hi my wife is 5 month pregnant now, pastly she was sle polymiositis patient and was diagnosed by this disease 3 yrs later , she has miscarriage last year in 2 month only because the baby did not developed properly. As is now she is 5 month going , her doctor has advised to take ecoasprin 75 mg , is it safe to take it ?? She is taking sustain 200 mg till now , and other iron and calcium with thyroxin tablet . Plzz kindly suggest about ecoasprin safer for her and baby development

I had bleeding in 4th week of pregnancy. My dr stopped Ecosprin 75mg and advised Bedrest. Its all normal now after she did scan. She has again prescribed Ecosprin for coming 2 weeks.
