Hi, I'm from Malaysia. I have hypertension and diabetes and have been on medication since April 2014. Ever since i started the medication, (Metformin 500mg + Amlodipine 10mg), my periods have been irregular. until last November, my period did not come at all. I spoke to my doctor about this and he said the cause may be my medication as stated above. I waited until my period came on 9th Feb and it never stopped since (36 days). The flow is heavy with clots, bright red. I went to my doctor again, and he did nothing, asked me to wait till it clears before he can do further diagnostics. Worried of my condition, I went to a local clinic and the doctor gave me Duphaston 10mg + Pontalon 500mg to take for the next 5 days. Hi All, I have irregular cycles and recently got married and so wanted to regularise my cycles. Doc suggested me to use duphston 10mg from day 16-25 for 2 months. I was getting periods when I was on the pill. 3rd month when I stopped using duphaston didn't get my periods yet. It's almost 15days past due date.

I took the duphaston tablet for 10 days as prescribed, but my period stopped coming and I don't know what to do about it? My pregnancy test was also negative after taking duphaston. ## I missed my periods from the last 10 days. My dr. advised me to take dophaston 10mg twice daily for 5 days. He said that if u r pregnant then u'll not have periods, but after 3 days of dophaston, leave it, otherwise u will have periods...today is the 7th day of being off dophaston but no periods nor any spotting, only white milky discharge here. Myself and my wife trying from past 4 yrs and no success. Consulted 3 different fertility centers, however as per report there is no significant issue from either one of us. My sperm count is 40 mn/ml and this time Doctor asked to have Conceva M for 3 months and asked my wife to EOva M 100mg from 2nd to 6th day and Duphaston 10mg from 16th to 25th day for 3 months. One month passed and no success. Can we continue those? Any Suggestions that I can be a father? Please reply.

I am 19 weeks pregnant. I had 2 early miscarriages before. This time my doctor prescribed me the following tablets from 6th week of pregnancy and ask me to continue until 30weeks. 1. Duphaston 10mg (twice a day and reduced to one per day from week 16) 2. Naturogest 200mg(twice a day and reduced to one per day from week 16) 3. Ecospirin 75mg (one per day) 4. Dexorange ( one per day from week 16) 5. Bio D3 Plus (one per day from week 16) 6. Progesterone injection 200 mg (1 ml weekly once until 16 weeks) 7. Heparin 25000 IU injection (30 ml everyday) 8. Tablet Labebet (prescribed since my blood pressure is around 128/80) continue till child birth 9.
