Hi last month I took medroxprogesterone 40mg for 4 days because I wanted to shorten my period instead of shortdn my period it lasted for 10 days I was off my period for 3 weeks and I got my period on the. 3rd of may and it lasted.for 6 days I was off for 1 day and now I have been spotting for the past 3 days ## Hello, Barbara! Please help. I have abnormal periods, like some months i have it twice. Is this normal? And secondly, i have had pains, but recently i even felt like i had to vomit and nothing came out. Is this normal as well? I have clots but also less blood, and i went for a papsmere. It came back negative but there were 2 findings - 1) moderate blood & 2) moderate inflammation. I started taking Lo Loestrin Fe on July 2nd, 2012. I was previously on Beyaz for about a year until my yearly checkup with my gynecologist. Hi. I just took the last brown pill in my second pack of Lo Loestrin Fe. I have not bled at all yet. On the first pack I had bad cramping on the last white pill and then spotted on the first brown. I started loestrin fe on the first day of my period before my period I was spotting then the next morning I had officially gotten my period and started the pill but then the very next day after taking the pill my period was completely gone. I have been taking Sprintec for about 5 years and I have never had this happen until now. On the second Monday of my pack, I completely forgot to take my pill, I discovered this on that Tuesday when I already found out that I was late for Tuesday too. I am on my second pack on sprintec (generic orthocyclen). I missed my first pill of the pack and when I looked online and it said it was okay to start a pack one day late and to take the first pill and throw the missed one away and that no backup contraception was needed. So I just took my pill at the normal time the next day and took the rest of the pack as normal.
