Hello doctor, i am having heavy bleeding from october 17th 2016 to till now Feb 28th 2017.. two months i have taken homeopathy medicine it's does not stop my bleeding.. then they suggest me to go for d&c.. when I went hospital..they find out my and is 12.2 which twice more than normal range.. and they said i had severe pcod.. so they started with birth contraceptive pill novelon.. novelon stops bleeding for 27 days when it withdrawal bleeding comes its become too heavy.. doctor changes the birth control pill from novelon to Diane 35.. and primlout for twice a day.. the bleeding got controlled but did not stopped.. after the bleeding got controlled the doctor ask me to stop primlout.. once I stopped primlout i started bleeding very heavily even though I took Diane 35 regularly.. ...

Hi my dr gave me meds to start my period because I ha surgery to have one of my Fallopian tubes removed and cysts removed and hadn't had a period since. Once I started bleeding I started taking ortho tri cyclen lo and that started 2 an a half weeks of heavy bleeding. So he switched me to lo estrin I've been on it for two weeks and I'm bleeding through 2 pads during the day and one at night I stopped the pill on my own because I got scared of all the bleeding. The problem is the bleeding hasn't stopped its actually getting worse. My period is on and I took femiane for 4 days then I stopped. Now my period has become worse. The bleeding is very heavy and I'm having a lot of clots. I'm changing pads about every 2 hours. Hi, I had been having very heavy menstrual bleeding for the last 2 months (Dec/Jan) so my dr. prescribed me norethindrone 5mg to take the first day of my period and to take it everyday. I also have the paragard copper IUD (which is partly the reason for the heavy bleeding). I got my period on Feb. 1st and started taking the norethindrone that day and I have been bleeding every day since then (now Feb. 16th). I have been on Minsatrin 24 fe for about three months now (before that I was on loestrin and then got put on gildis (Or whatever that off brand is. I can never remember how to spell it) so I've been on birth control since 2011) bc no one told me I could get minastrin for the same price as loestrin. Took plan b twice about 2 months ago.. I got my period a month after for about a week then after 2 weeks I got heavy bleeding. I've been researching about it and I've seen that it's possibly not my period. It's hormonal bleeding ? Anyways, I went to to see a doctor 2 weeks later because I was still bleeding heavily. I have been on this birth control first time only because of a pilgrimage. However I missed my pill number 6 blue pill in week 1 and realized around 18 hours later and took two pills that day however I m bleeding heavily.
