What's the difference in the 3203 and the m360? ## Hi Kim, The most noticeable difference between these two medications is the dosage. M360 contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen, whereas Watson 3203 only contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Aside from that, the only other difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. And because everyone is different, your body may respond favorably with one medication and not the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves. NOTE: When you switch brand names or...

What does XL and IL mean on prescription drugs. ## Hello, Theresa! How are you? The various markings like this are just different abbreviations to denote that a medication is in a time released formulation, you may also see DR, SR, DA, SA, XR and others. It's just something that it seems the pharmaceutical community has gotten a bit carried away with. They need to decide on one universal one, so things are less confusing. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have hydrocodone 5 mg-acetaminophen 325 mg tablets which my doctor prescribed me due to back aches I was just wondering if it mater if the pills had any specks or not? does it make a difference in the pill because the ones I have seem to not be working for my pain? ## @Moses, Do you know what the color or imprint is on that pill you have? If you could post back here with any of those details I may be able to find a few images online that depict how they're really supposed to look. And if there are any specks to be found, I would actually think that it's quite normal for each tablet to have a differentiating amount of these specks on their surface. That's just how some batches turn out; at least from what I've heard anyways. Were you given a different manufacturer's...
