What is the difference between roxicodone and oxycodone ? ## From what I understand, Roxicodone and Oxycodone are both the exact same medication. The only difference you might find would probably be in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that different manufacturers use in their tablets. I think the real confusion sets in when people start discussing Percocet (which is sometimes partially labeled as Oxycodone). However, it also contains Acetaminophen; the differentiating factor between those two meds. Or immediate release? ## There are no generic formulations available of Oxycontin, there are only generics available of the instant release and the regular release. Additionally, the instant release is only available in 5mg capsules. Thus, if you have a tablet that does not have the OP marking and it is from the U.S., then it is fairly safe to assume that's most likely a regular release tablet. However, there can be some fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients in generics, but they are usually too small to make a difference to most people. Are there any other questions? ## My new gf is hooked on roxys.. someone please give me some advice to get her off of them. TY ## If she has been on then a long time, it is as bad as H. Bupenorphine, or subutex, as they are called, treatment is very effective and would help her to wean off without suffering the withdrawal that would surely cause relapse.

I am prescribed 4 oxycodone 15mg a day i ran out and had taken a oxymorphone 10mg 2 days before my doc appt i did also take 2 oxycodone 10mg the day before and day of my appt and got a drug test.
