My doc has been prescribing me percocet 10 mg. And now he prescribed me oxycodone 5mg. Which is stronger? The percocet 10's i have been taking for almost 2 years and i told him that they wasn't working that's when he prescribed me the oxycodone 5'mg. And they aren't working either. I am taking pain medication for surgery's . Since the oxycodone 5'mg aren't working what should i ask for. Now hydrocodone doesn't agree with me. It makes me sick.and i would prefer to stick with oxycodone. whats the difference between A332 and M367 ? ## Pills with the imprint "M367" are generic Norco manufactured by Mallinckrodt Inc. Norco contains 10 mg of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and 325 mg of Acetaminophen. Pills with the imprint "A332" are generic Percocet manufactured by Activis. M357 is Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). That said, the comparison lies between Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. My research shows that Acetaminophen + Oxycodone is used for acute (short term) moderate to severe pain. While Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone doesn't specify being, quote "short term". I'm taking percocet 10/650mg. I have (DDD), (Athritis), and the list goes on. I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg the norco comes in? THANK YOU SO MUCH! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco, and the reason is because Percocet contains Oxycodone and Norco contains Hydrocodone. What im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. {Edited for safety} just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. The best Percocet you can get is 10-650 and 10-325 The best Norco you can get is 10-325 or Lorcets which are 10-650 .
