im just trying to find out if m 365 is stronger than watson 3203? ## The tablet with the WATSON 3203 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the M365 marking only contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so no it is actually the weaker of the two. Can you use Watson 3202 instead of tramadol ? ## Hi Gypsy, Because these are two completely different prescriptions (one containing a narcotic and one not), I'd honestly recommend discussing this with your doctor before moving forward with something new like Watson 3202. From what I've researched, the 5mg Hydrocodone + 325mg Acetaminophen Watson is regarded as being much stronger than Tramadol.
