What Is Side Effected

I was diagnosed with adhd about 2 wks ago and perscribed generic adderall 20mg xr. I store my meds in a cubbard above the stove. Last fri I did a self clean on the oven I had never done it before didn't realize how hot it would get. All the meds in the cubbard were extremely hot. Before that the meds worked great I was focused my thoughts were more clear and I was motivated but since then the meds don't seem to be working at all. To keep my cholesterol in check my cardiologist prescribed tonact 10 later reduced to 5.After 5 years of no side affects, I developed severe muscle and joint pains,and was popping pain killers and applying gels on effected areas. I have been on CymGen for about 1 month to relieve peripheral newropathy in my feet.It helped wellfor newrop.but by now the side effects are worse then the newropth. I have permanent swelling on the effected leg which has become painfull and of course weightgain.It seems that insomnia is part of it. Also during this period I have blood thinning and everytime I scratch no matter how careful I get blood blisteres on arms drug and legs. Could this bee related to the drug or is it something else. 71 yearsa old male, ht 162 cms.Had open heart surgery on 28 Jan 2011. Post Herpetic Neuralgia on 25 June was prescribed Pregabalin 75mg 2xBD. Viminta Forte 1xOD has now been added. Besides drowsiness, dry mouth, I have gained 5 kg weight(from 63 to 68 kgs) in the last three months and have developed severe constipation. Also there is a conspicuous droop of left eyelid which is now almost obstructing my vision. I've been taking 300 mg of Dilantin for about 20 years for a single seizure episode. About 10 years ago I was experiencing low energy, bouts of depression, problems with ED and basically feeling like I was 40 years older than I was. I tried MDs, psychiatrists, therapy, vitamins with no success. Then I found a few studies that showed that long term Dilantin use effected the production and metabolism of testosterone in men. I am taking This medication for a sore inflammation area in my chest that I have seen a physical therapist for. He told me to work out to stretch the chest but to do push ups and everything still. My other doctor gave me the steroid pill to get rid of this inflammation. With this medication are you supposed to rest it or use the muscle more? I still have inflammation in that spot. This is Day 2 of the pill so after todayI have three more days of this medication. What do you think or recommend. I work away from home and find making an appt. with my GP hard. So my sciatica flared up and I filled my dihydrocodeine prescription from a proper reputable site - with a uk licensed GP and pharmacy who prescribed and dispensed it. They are unmarked pills - packaging says Bristol Laboratory. I feel they're not as effected as the ones I had been prescribed last year.
