please identify drug that may be a sugar pill or real thing. This tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma and they do list it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, Codeine is a very mild narcotic, so it often doesn't alleviate severe pain and it doesn't help some people, at all.
