What Is Oval Pill With V On One Side And 3605 Other

I have a new pill my dr called in it is oval orange V on one side and 3605 on other side shows it's Hydrocodone 7.5/325 I was previous on Hydrocodone 7.5/500 not sure why dr changed it! Is the 7.5/325 a stronger pill as I have severe back issues so wondering if that's y the change! Thanks! ## The 325/500 is the amount of acetaminophen in the capsule. Just trying to figure out what the actual mg are for these pills. I see 2 different ones. Usually on a bottle it would give just 1 number on what Mg's it is... Are these 750mg or 375mgs? I'm getting different answers. I was prescribed Vicodin for a dental implant and as given the hydrocodon acetominiphen 7.5-325, and had a reaction to them..It caused itching all over and wheezing. It is not as good as the prior white generic as it takes a long time to work, not as strong, and makes you sick that is nauseous. I will not get this again from CVS.
