What Is Mobizox Used For

i would like to know the status of this drug i,e; if it is a banned drug or if its muscle relaxant component (chlorzoxazone) has been banned in the US? ## My daughter got admitted in a hospital for delivering baby. Two days after delivery, she was crying with back pain. The doctor prescribed mobizox but she resisted that it would have side effects. Inspite of this the doctor gave her mobizox. After one hour her condition was critical and she died of heart attack with hemorrhages in most organs and rashes over body parts. I have now come to know that this medicine is banned in advanced countries. hi i got very serious pain in right side of my chest 2 hrs after the workout dont know why may be i dis-balance the rod while chest incline i guess, and my coach ask me to take mobizox, a hr after taking one tablet got relief but it again started the next morning, gym friends says its a very high dose a strong compo i should not take it ..what do you recommend?/

How are you? What blood pressure medication do you take? There is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, Diclofenac, in this medication that may counteract your blood pressure medication. Thus, it may not be safe for you to take. Ishika, how are you feeling? Has the dizziness eased? That can be a normal side effect of this medication combination, as reported by the U.S. FDA. You may also experience nausea, increased risk of bleeding, headache and stomach irritation.

My doctor (gynecologist) has prescribed me with 3 mobizox tablets for pain in my ribs... However, after taking one mobizox tablet I later came to know that the mobizox tablet is not safe during pregnancy and that there will be unwanted side effects on fetal development or new born babies. Although I have taken only one tablet and stopped using the remaining 2 mobizox tablets, kindly advise if there will be any adverse effects on my baby from taking the one mobizox tablet?

Hi, I got a minor sprain, muscle pull on my back while hitting gym. As it ws minor doctor suggested me to continue light weight practice with mobizox. As i ws alrdy taking androlic. .I continued both together.I have stoped androlic after taking 10tabs bt now pain as increase. Is it somethin serious?? ## Have you consulted your doctor, again? No one is really going to be able to give you a definitive answer from just the limited information in your post. Androlic is an anabolic steroid and improper use of it can cause damage to your body, some of which may be permanent. The Mobizox contains the active ingredient Chlorzoxazone, which is used as a muscle relaxant, so it can help with pain from muscle spasms, but will generally not be effective against pain form other causes.

My wife had replacement of knee joints on 29.04.2011. After 2 months she started fealing pain in the back. MRI shows that bilateral facet joints arthropathic changes at L4-5 ana L5-S1 level with ectasia of the dural nerve lobe sleeves at L5-S1 and insignificant posterior bulge of the disc at L1-2 Level. The doctor has prescribed following medicine to treat this. 1. Hifenac-SR - 1 Tab after BF & Dinner ,2.Mobizox - 1 tab after Lunch, 3. I wouldn't think that it's something serious if your able to continue doing light weights, but it's most likely that there is fluid retention and inflammation at the site of the pain; which can sometimes take two weeks or longer to subside if you "aren't" doing any weight lifting. I am taking 1 Mobizox daily for my joint pain. I am the patient of Tachycardia with high rate of heart papitation. Also I have some breathing trouble for high altitude. Is this to be a fatal for my life?
