I filled my prescription at Walgreens, it was supposed to be percocet 10/325. When I took the pill I noticed that I was still in pain an hr. later. So i checked the markings on it and it was marked a333, I have gotten generics before and they appeared to work so I thought I may have been given the wrong pill so I started researching and found I was not the only one experiencing this issue with these pills. I went to the pharmacy the next day and the pharmacist said ACTAVIS is NOW the only mfg. of this pill besides WATSONS which is extremely expensive and explained to me that they are very hard to get now because of one company buying out another and so on. The pharmacist refused to take the pills back She then suggested I call my dr.I then got upset and told her my insurance paid $150.0...

If this oblong white pill you have embossed M360, on the other side has a score mark in the center of the pill, that matches the generic version of Vicodin ES brand. The mfg is Mallinckrodt Inc., 675 McDonnell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63134. Moderately popular C-III mixture, of hydrocodone 7.5 mg and 750 mg. of acetaminophen, especially during the era 2005, 2006, 2007. "I am clueless if Mallinckrodt still manufactures hydrocodone this year 2012" If the M360 you have "does not have a score mark, on the back side, I would question, the source, the authenticity, of that particular pill". The often referred to "Mallies" were once among the industry generic leaders of 5/325, 5/500, and the 5/750 generic forms of Vicodin vs. the brand during those yrs, "brand being mad...

I've taken this drug for sometime now, or at least one with a very similar look. Originally I had to be represcribed Levoxyl because of a DYE used in mfg.that made me itch profusely. Is it reasonable to demand name brand from the insurance. Any advice would be extremely appreciated. ## Hello, Shamsrumi! How are you? Are you having a problem with the generics? The only way most insurance plans will cover the name brand is if it's medically necessary. This medication is used to treat thyroid disorders and the FDA states that its most common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes, mood swings and hair loss. ## Hello. I need your help with the same condition that everyone complains about here. I also have Hypothyroid and are on Levothyroxine Sodium 112 mcg 1/day ...

I am prescribed 15mg capsules. I got a refill and the tablets are pink - MFG MYLAN My former rx was white/green MFG GENEVA Are these the same pills? ## Well, it's difficult to confirm what they are, since you didn't provide any markings. There are 15mg Temazepam products manufactured by both companies and it is very common for a pharmacy to switch, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they had to restock their supply. The 15mg from Mylan should be an orange/pink colored capsule with the markings MYLAN 4010 on each half. Does this match the ones you received? ## Yes it did. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! ## What do they look like in a capsule 750mg inside of the pill ## pink/white are usually 7.5mg. Blue/White are 15mg. It usually states it on the capsule. Ask th...

I have been on Norco 10-325 for chronic pain and normally have no issues. My last prescription appeared to be more oblong and was manufactured by MFG TRIS and I’ve noticed that I’m nauseous quite often. Why do these make me sick but the ones by MFG ACTAVIS don’t? ## Hi Kaylee, Sorry to hear about your situation. To my understanding, the only difference should be the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that help make up the composition of the pill. In some cases, an individual may be allergic or hypersensitive to certain fillers which can be an underlying cause of side effects. Something fishy about Tris Pharma compared to other manufacturers is that they don't share their list of inactive ingredients so we have no way of knowing what fillers or how many ...

I am looking for the amneal mfg brand of Norco in Indiana ## The Qualitest Norco yellow kind are by far better than the white Watson brand ## In my opinion, the best way to ensure that you get what works is to have your prescribing doctor specify the name of the manufacturer you want on the prescription itself. From what I understand, this is generally enough to make the pharmacy order whatever it is you need even if they don't have it in stock at that moment. This tactic also ensures that no matter which pharmacy you go to, you should be able to get the appropriate medication. It might even help to have your doctor write down a reason why you need to avoid certain manufacturers' products (i.e. due to various binders/fillers you're allergic or hypersensitive to, etc..). my daughter was prescibed these for prenatal vitamins, but they don't look or taste like vitamins. On the pill itself it says ethex on one side and on the other it says 317. ## I would like the names of all the prescribed prenatal vitamins. ## Well, you aren't supposed to taste them. LOL Personally, I'd not want to, since most vitamins won't taste very good. . The tablet with the ETHEX 317 marking is, indeed, a prenatal vitamin called Natalcare RX, it is prescribed to pregnant women to help ensure they have the proper amount of nutrients for both them, and the baby. They are very potent, so according to FDA reports, they sometimes cause nausea, and constipation, as side effects. Ref: Prenantal Vitamins Is there anything else I can help with?

My mail order pharmacy has said Ivan no longer makes verapamil sr. How can I get the 240 tablets in a brand name? ## Hello, BK! How are you? To get the brand name, you need your doctor to write the prescription as 'brand medically necessary' or whatever the equivalent is in your state, sometimes the phrasing varies, but your doctor will know what you're talking about. Please HELP? ## I have the same problem as above and am desparate to find a supplier of Ortho-Est.
