At about the time I was diagnosed with borderline blood pressure and put on metoprol Tar, I noticed discoloring on one, then two shoulders -- a rash -- where the skin became harder and bumpy/scaley. At the same time I developed a rash under my right breast that hasn't gone away. I've also been extremely stressed for the past 12 years and more so since I lost my job last year. Is this a reaction to Metoprol or my high blood pressure, or is it something related. I also have edema in both lower legs and have been on hydrochlorothiazine for two years. Thank you. ## It has been known to aggravate psoriasis, so the rash and other ski...
