Should i take methycobal ..for frozen shoulders and cramps? I had a deficiency of b12 and high level of haemoglobin doctor advised me methycobal. Now both things are ok but im unable to quit this medicine. When ever I try to leave it after 2,3 days I feel dizzy I feel memory problem that I am putting so much effort to recall anything and then I have to again start taking this medicine.
