possible pain med from mexico for toothaches? ## i need english translation of metamizol sodico and what it contains does it contain aspirin or naproxen or penicillin? ## It's quite silly to tell someone that it's very difficult to get information on foreign drugs. The information is quite readily available. You just need to know the language, and in some cases, English will work just as well on line. To the person asking the question about metamizol sodico, I found with just a quick search, a warning for anyone allergic to aspirin. ## I'm sorry, I forgot to add what the ingredient is. It's Dipirona, an antiinflammatory medication used in Europe and Latin America, but which has been removed from the market in the U.S. due to its tendency to lower blood pressure levels. #...

I am taking 500 mg. of naproxen, with 500 mg. of metamizol sodico and tylenol. I am worried about any drug interactions. this would be short term use for a bad back spasm. ## Oddly enough, I'm not finding any specific drug interaction details relating to Metamizole or its brand names. I'm assuming this may be a foreign medication, as that would explain why it's not listed in U.S. drug interaction checkers. However with regards to Naproxen and Tylenol, there are no drug interactions listed between the two. So I get the sense that you should be fine taking those together. Is your current doctor the one who prescribed Metamizole with the other two medications? If not, you may want to double check with him/her just to be on the safe side. I hope this helps!

I got my tonsils out last tuesday (I live in Spain) and the doctor prescribed Paracetamol 1gm and Nolotil (Metamizole) 575mg to be taken ever 8 hours on alternating 8 hours. But, starting 2 days ago I noticed some spotting, today I put in a tampon to make sure of where the blood was coming from and it seems to be now a little more than spotting. I am wondering if this is an interacting with any of the medicine listed above or a combination of them, or if it is something I need to be worried about. Thank you. ## Hello, Ali! How are you?
