He had 3 episodes in an 8 hour span and I had to rush down here, 5 hours away. I had to fill my pain meds while down here, Percocet 7.5/325, which needless to say was like pulling teeth, went to BiLo pharmacy, and heard crap about it. Is there a chance that you could be pregnant? To answer the title of this post, the white tablet with M362 on it is a narcotic pain reliever which contains Hydrocodone 10 mg and Acetaminophen 660 mg. Found a pill and am very interested what can it be, if anyone can help please... It is off white/cream colour, round tablet, about 11mm dia, on one side it is divided in two and on the top part it has capital A, and on the bottom part it has numbers 453. on the other side however it has capital R inside which sits smaller capital L. I have been taking 20mg of Xarelto for around 1 and a half years after a case of DVT/PE. This is given via a prescription from my GP. I was one of the guinea pigs for this drug and is not sure that my GP is taking me seriously regarding the extreme pain that I experience on a daily basis. The pain and swelling is so bad that I can hardly walk some days. I am convinced that this is due to the Xarelto. My GP is of the opinion that my weight is the culprit and after evaluations at the hospital is saying that I have arthritis. I want to stop this drug but am fearful that they will not.
