I have been taking Interpharm 10-325 imprint 1:IP from Costco. I recently had them refilled there & recd. Aurobindo 10-325 Mg ! States on the bottle that it is a sub for Norco 10-325 Mg Tab Alle. Whats the differance between hydroco/apap5-500mg tab mallinckro and hydroco/apap 5-325mg tab interpharm? ## They are made by different companies and have different amounts of the Acetaminophen. The first one you mentioned manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other you mentioned from Interpharm contains only 325mgs of the Acetaminophen. Since taking SMZ/TMP DS 800 I've had problems with ligaments of my shoulders and knee. I mentioned this to my doctor & she said it is a side affect but said nothing else about it. I've been taking Norco 10/325 for quite some time and have noticed a MAJOR difference in quality and effectiveness between manufacturers. To me the Mallinckrodt 367 are the most effective all around. Interpharm/Amneal (same company /have merged) IP110 version comes in second for me. Watson seems to be the worst with noticeably much less effectivepain relief and with me seems to act more like a sedative, knocking me out which sucks when you want to be functional/productive. Qualitest is okay but seems to be similar to the Watsons only with less sedation. Personally if the pharmacy doesn't carry Mallinckrodt or Interpharm/Amneal then I won't fill my prescription there.
