I feel like I have nerve damage in my left hand/arm. The ligament is gone in my hand and my arm gets bad pain. I take Aleve. I have no Aleve left, so can I take this pain pill (L484)? I found a half of a white oval pill scored 84 (the left half is missing) In my teenage sons room. I'd like more info befour I ask him about it.
