400 mgm tab 180 ## You can find ibuprofen 400 mg tabs for around $40 dollars for 200 of them. I don't know if it will be the generic or possibly Motrin. But it's best to check at your local Walgreens, CVS, or other drug store. I'm pretty certain even stores like Walmart sell Ibuprofen for cheap. I was rear ended and was told i have a sprained lower back and the er doc prescribed me 400mg Ibuprofen, Baclofen 10mg, and Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 5-325 Tb. Can i take these together? The oxycodone is a schedule two narcotic medication and can be very addictive. Also, one should not drive while taking it as it can make you tired or extremely dizzy.

Can I give him the 10 mg oxycodone now or do I have to wait 2 more hours? ## Yes, ibuprofen is a different class of drug and can be taken at the same time, though for better pain control they are often staggered. So if he's prescribed oxycodone every 6 hours, you could give a dose, then 3 hrs later give ibuprofen, 3 hrs later give the oxycodone again...and so on. Just make sure he's not exceeding the max dose per day of oxycodone. ## @Stark, I just wanted to add a second opinion, in that Oxycodone + Ibuprofen is also available as a combination med that goes by the name of "Combunox". Have been taking 2 generic Ibuprofen 200 mg each (400 total) since Tuesday around 4pm for right side back pain from a fall on Saturday night - Aspirin before that. Not working. Tried Lidocaine patches 5% - Wednesday; no relief; took Naproxen 220mg - 2 of them; still no relief; can I take Hydrocondone Acetaminophen 7.25/325 now Friday AM? And if so, how far apart from the ibuprofen which I just took again? ## Have you had this checked out? If the pain is so severe that nothing you've listed has helped, then it might be time to have some consults to find out if the fall might really have done some damage. I was prescribed Norco 5/325 for severe dental pain. And I mean severe. Day three absolutely no sleep. I have a dentist appointment Thursday. However, I've literally been going crazy with pain. The Norco is doing nothing. I did take 400 mg. Of ibuprofen two hours after my Norco dose. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The only relief is constantly swishing ice water. Honestly, I'm a little disgusted with the Dentist's at this point. When you call and explain your dire situation and I mean dire the staff should squueze you in or adjust their schedule.
