Please i am just looking for Tanganil Notice or facsheet. ## Tanganil appears to work well on me because it contains Leucine. This is an essential amino acid used to control blood sugar level and also is vital for balance. You can get this as a supplement from body buiildng and sports supplement websites. It is also from brown rice, nuts, meat (proteins) I am interested to hear if you have also had a blood sugar problem, impaired glucose tolerance , fatigue, dizziness prior to the imbalance problems recently ## female

What about otolith? Any success in treatment? I've been languishing for a week waiting for the only doctor in my town who trays it to come back from vacation. It's totally debilitating and I can literally do nothing. For someone who had never been seasick, it's a terrible experience to to have the permanent impression of being worse off than Nelson at Trafalgar. ## Since posting the above I've been treated twice by the ears nose and throat specialist who masters the method. First time without success and the second time partial success. I still feel like I've been torn from bed without warning and quite weak, in addition to occasional vertigo and the odd headache. Medical resonance imagery planned in 3 weeks. Any ideas?

on 21st September I was prescribed Indomethacin @ 50mg x 4 a day - two days ago at night while in bed I suddenly found that when I turned in bed I had a uncontrolled motion sensation in my head and felt sort of dizzy and feel very strange as if things were still moving for a few seconds. There is no recent head trauma or alcohol association with this, no changes in diet. I feel certainly unsettled and without a clear head - no headaches though ## Tanganil contains the active ingredient Acetylleucing, which is used to treat Vertigo. Unfortunately, since it is not used in the U.S. I don't have much other information on it. Has your doctor advised you to use it?

I had an attack yesterday morning at 7.30, took 4 tablets and managed to hang on without vomiting for an hour and a half so they could work and am feeling much better now. So only took 2 in the afternoon. Is that any help? ## Tanganil contains the amino-acid Acetyl-Leucine, it is touted to help with vertigo and nausea. I am afraid I have no other information on it. I have just been prescribed tanganil as I experienced very bad side effect with vastarel which I took after a bad ear infection which resulted in part deafness in one ear. The Vastarel gave me vertigo, headache I felt sleepy all the time. I thought my middle ear was the problem, but the doc. said it has to be the vastarel. I hope tanganil will work for me. ## Hi, I have had major surgery on both ears and from time to time get bad vertigo. In the UK they prescribe Stemitel. I don't know it's generic name, but it takes about five days to work. When I got an attack in France they sold me Tanganil over the counter; worked like magic. I am not qualified to comment medically. I can only say I brought a packet back to the UK and that is what I will use next time.

I experience vertigo periodically my french consultant on examination says due to the hairs in the middle ear has prescribed tanganil 500mgs tds for ten days. It sounds like they thought you were having some type of inner ear problem, but I really can't say just from the information in your post. There are several things that can cause vertigo. I had problems with vertigo . Severe ones. Along with betaserc i am taking tanganil. The problem with the imbalance cause by vertigo is the small vians getting blood to it. Tanganil has the ability to widen these vians thus making the vertigo functions as it should back agian.

I have severe nausea when turning my head to the right side, as if the whole room is turning around. Can I take tanganil with betaserc?

You can find this on Amazon. Pierre Fabre in France is the manufacturer I think. In France, you need a prescription. I don't know about the UK, but I am sure you can find it on Amazon over the counter. I have some but I never took them because they don't say anything about the secondary effects. Can somebody let me know if he / she experienced any side effect(s)? I have a very poor immune system and anything can have a devastating effect on me. I am usually very allergic to, for example SOJA, shower soap, some other food, etc. Please help. Thank you.

I have tried several places without luck. ## From what I could gather, Tanganil (acetyl-DL-leucine) does not appear to be available in the US - though this is just my own speculation. However some reports suggest that it may be obtained in other countries such as: France, Lebanon, Tunisia and Vietnam. Interestingly enough, despite my lack of findings on its availability here in the States, The US National Library of Medicine still boasts several articles describing its applications and biology. I have read all the comments here and after visiting over 10 very well recommended doctors across the globe and doing all sorts of tests, we all seem to be facing 2 combined issues that occur and are linked together "Vertigo Migraine & Meneire disease", any other doctor saying otherwise is a LIAR and just wants either your money or your insurance money!! Out of personal experience and having to deal with this very annoying matter for over 13 years now, I can say the best way to treat it cause there is no operations for that, is to take Tanganil 2 tablets at a time once in morning and once in evening with 1 tablet of gravol with every 2 tablets of Tanganil. AS a supplement, it's side effects and interactions as not checked, even with other medications. You should discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist. Some supplements and other medications do not mix. Does your doctor know you are using these?

Needing to know risk of breastfeedind while on this medication ## Yes, it can be dangerous, narcotics are secreted in the breast milk and there have been some occurences of the baby being heavily sedated from them or being overdosed.
