difference between hydrocodone and hydrocloride ## I am not certain exactly what you mean by this. Hydrocodone Bitarate is a narcotic analgesic, used to treat severe pain. A hydrochloride just signifies that something is a salt of that particular substance, such as Pyridine Hydrochloride. So, medically they are unrelated.
