Hi, I used to take 100 daily but felt that it was not giving me enough coverage so I started taking 50 in the morning and 100 at night. It was working very well as pressure is well controlled and I have no side effects. I have been on tgis dosage for over 3 years. Is this a dangerous dose as I was told that over 100 per day is not advisable. I'm just worried that if I go back to the 100 per day, my pressure will go up again ## HI, Leandra! How are you? Good day, I've been using Fortzaar for 2 years now, and as soon as I ran out of tablets, I get severe muscle, joint & stomach pains. My face also feels numb on the one side, though my blood pressure is normal 137/77, as soon as I start taking the tablets again all the above symtoms disappear?? ## You really shouldn't run out and miss tablets, because it can cause dangerous rebound effects. The other slight withdrawal effects you've experienced are also normal, if you suddenly stop taking a medication that your body is used to.
