What Is Enzomac Plus Used For

Hi, i got pain in my left knee 2 weeks back, i had my mri done few days back, which shpwed mild to moderate knee joint effusion. I had done arthroscopy and meniscetomy done on my left knee. Doc said my mri reports are norma. And have given me enzomac plus 3 times a day. My swelling is reducing but my pain is still there. And i face problem in walking. Some one please tell if know something. Please.

Which tabel be taken for slight pain right testicles and its nerves....enzomac plus which is prescribed for pain elsewhere in the body can be taken for this as well ? If not, what other table can be advised. thanks for your advice.
