I found a white round pill with markings 54 814. My friend said it was an Opana 10 mg. Is it? ## I have checked all of our resources for a tablet with this marking or a similar one and I am not finding anything in the U.S. prescription drug databases. I know the marking 54 followed by three numbers is used on prescription medications, but it might not be something that is available in the U.S. What country are you in? ## yes its opana 10mg US ## they are much less effective than the brand name and I am very disappointed. Within 18 hours of starting on these new generics, my pain was back in full force. I had filled a 90 day supply and will be in awful pain until I refell for the brand.
