How/where can I get a legal placebo for my child that I can give him, letting his school aware, but not my son. He claims his bad behavior at school (only) is because he forgot to take his "good behavior" pill. I am an adult with ADD. I've done very well with Vyvanse 50 for past 5 yrs. but new insurance formulary won't pay for this. The nearest substitute I can find is dextroamp-amphet and I'm told that 20mg twice daily or 20mg + 10mg mid afternoon should be equivalent. Don't think I can get both rx'd per month. Breast development in males isn't a side effect of Dextroamphetamine. As a matter of fact, in some girls it can cause a delay in development. ## @Pauline, While gynaecomastia isn't listed as a side effect, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's not possible among a smaller percentage of users taking Dextro-amphetamine.
