Dark Purple And Light Blue Pill With A C One Side 300 On The Other
The pill is a capsule and is dark purple on one side and like a light blue or teal on the other. It has a c on the side that is purple and 300 on the side that is teal/blue. pediatric clindamycin
My daughter has just been prescribed 8ml of clindamycin palmitate 3 times a day for 7 days. She has been fighting ear infections, sinus infections and upper respiratory infections for the past 4 months. She has been on amoxicillin, Augmentin, septra and cefdinir and neither of these have worked. I took her to an ENT last week and recommended we remove her tonsils and adenoids and have ear tubes put in. She is scheduled for 3/11 however she is still running a fever off and on and has a slight cough so that is why he gave her clindamycin. I'm just worried because of the side effects of this antibiotic. I know it's a broad spectrum med so it has a higher possibility of c. Diff.... Wondering if anyone has dealt with this with a young child? I know she needs to be clear of fever and ... ...
