Can I use ciprofloxacin 500 and moxymax 500 together I have chest pains and irregular breathing and have a stomach flu aswell ## Hello, Jaco! How are you? Neither one of these will do anything to help with a stomach virus, these are antibiotics and are only effective at treat bacterial infections. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. They can be taken together and sometimes are prescribed together to treat severe infections, if deemed appropriate by a doctor. I'm using biotech ciprofloxacin 500mg I got them last week on Thursday from the clinic. They say I must take 1 tablet twice a day. They checked my urine and gave me these tablets. I don't know why but since I started using them I drink a lot of water and pee a lot so I don't know whether they're still doing their job or if they are having a negative effect on me.
