The company Aurobindo hydrocodone/apap 10-325 has U03 on it does not work its as though the meds are fake. don't know for sure but I have never had problems with my meds working until my pharmacy changed to this companyAurobindo ## Hello, Linda! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you're having. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Have you consulted your doctor? They may need to prescribe an alternative medication, in the meantime. ## Same here! Just got these same bunk meds myself, a couple weeks ago, worthless! Never had trouble with my previous norco, but the ones by aurobindo are terrible, do nothing ...

I also have taken this med for years, I am out of town and got my meds filled at a pharmacy where we are visiting, never have heard of aurobindo, noticing right away dizziness and being overly tierd, all my disabilities hurt like I haven't taken anything, this really sucks. When I return home I will request to my doctor to replace these for me and surrender these, go through this the rest of the month??? No thanks, can't function like this at all. I am VERY thankfull you were here to support the fact it's not just me going through this. Shameful really. ## Unfortunately yes, many people have been complaining about this product from Aurobindo. Not all, but a large number of people have had issues with it. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit form...

Good morning or afternoon all... Some years ago I was prescribed Oxycodone. Chronic lower back pain and in both legs. Had AFIB...hospitalized for weeks. Then developed blood clots. Asked doc to take me off of Oxycodone. Too strong. Tried Tramadol. Body didn't like it. Tried another. Still issues. Went to Hydrocodone / Acetaminophen 7.5 / 325. Better. Then tried Aurobindo. For me, it is great! 4 years now. No side effects, etc. A few months back Aurobindo was discontinued. Contacted the manufacturer. Might come back again, but who knows when. Anyway, I tried Mallinckrodt... body doesn't like it. Tried Rhodes...not as good for me as Aurobindo. But stuck with Rhodes. Any ideas who might still have Aurobindo? Not CVS, not Walmart, not Walgreens. Or I would try another brand. Suggest...

Actually I have been taking them for about 9 months after the Watson (Norco) sold the company and made changes to their medication, they claim all they did was remove the yellow dye! BS the medication sucks, it's useless! On to aurobindo, they have worked for the last months as a good replacement however my latest refill, they are horrible, ineffective with headaches, I am guessing greed stepped in and the company made some changes, because these too are now useless! They will learn an expensive lesson as others will turn away from them as I now will. For some reason the pharm industry has less concern for the patient "customer" than any other, they think they can do as they please. ## @webhead, I agree with what you said about the pharmaceutical industry expressing less con...

Got severe stomach pain and constipation after my pharmacy switched to Aurobindo generic. Went back to the light yellow oblong tablet (mfr. unknown) and feel much better. Does anyone know what fillers Aurobindo uses? ## Hello, Richard! How are you? Those can be side effects of this medication, so it could be that the one from Aurobindo was slightly stronger than the others that you are used to, there is an allowable difference under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984. Generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%, so it may not be related to the fillers, since generics don't have to measure against each other. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, ...

Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325 My Pharmacy Costco just slipped me 120 of these Oval Pills Marked U03. They are pure garbage. Headache within 20 minutes of taking and No Pain relief. My Losartan Potassium was switched to this company also 2 months ago, and I've had stomach problems since. Told Costco NEVER to dispense anything from this company. These Pills not only don't work, they give you a HEADACHE, Hydrocodone is suppose to take away pain not give you pain. ## The tablets with the U 03 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 13107-0021). The FDA does warn that a headache can be a typical side effect of this medication, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and constipation. It also carries the risk of being habit forming. Inacti...

I have been taking Hydrocodone-Acetominophen 7.5-325 for years for degenerative disks in my back. The generic Aurobindo tablets don't work for me and make me nauseated. Applause go to: Mallinckrodt. Mallinckrodt manufactures that same prescription (white pill M366) and they are the only ones I have found that actually work with no unpleasant side effects. I really wish my pharmacy hadn't switched manufacturers. I am extremly disappointed in Aurobindo generic for Norco. The other one that didn't work was orange with a V on one side and 36|05 on the other, manufactured by Qualitest. It was garbage, just like the Aurobindo. ## I've probably just read 50 reviews on Hydrocodone 10-325's & you're the first person that actually has something good to say about Mallin...

I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? Has anyone else had a problem with the U03 10/325 hydrocodone. Im frightened to take them but need pain relief. ## Yes, your pharmacy couldn't dispense it to you, if it weren't FDA approved. But there can be fluctuations from one generic medication to another, or when going from the name brand to a generic. That means this one may be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredients, so it may not work as well for you as the other one did. Usually, the fluctu...

this dose was prescribed by my pain Dr for ra. I do not tolerate any of the oxy drugslike Percocet I hallucinate. theprescribed dose of hydrocodone is not cutting the pain. it's ok to take another if I'm still in pain after one hour? ## If your meds aren't working, talk to the pharmacy first. Ask if they changed manufacturer? Keep a ear out for aurobindo or aurolife.... They seem to be defective....but I won't know till I get independent lab work done. 2nd, call your doc..hell email if you have to, but please! Don't ever go against what's prescribed to you! Its not such a hot idea. Good luck! :-) ## I agree with what post #1 had suggested in regards to contacting the pharmacy as well as your doctor first. There are a number of different manufacturers of this medi...

I took white oblong white 10 hydrocodone / 325 aceminophen and my body feels like i have ants crawling inside all over my legs and arms. What is that? ## Hello, Marie! How are you feeling? Some people do experience this type of symptoms as a side effect from some narcotics, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. Was this prescribed by your doctor? It might not be the right one for you to take and you may need to switch to something else. ## Aurobindo or aurolife norco, have little to know effect. ## When I took 3 at once it happened,I take one and on really bad days two , but never more at one time ## Sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the codeine in the pill. You can get the hydrocodone without the acetamin...
