Cylinder shaped pill that's the color of an advil tablet - "Alza 54" is on the tablet, wrote in black. ## just wanted to see what this is for. I found this in my floor. ## It's an ADD pill that has a time release to make it last throughout the day making it very difficult to abuse. Basically it's a really lame version of adderall. ## This is an ADHD medication, Concerta.

1/2 long, 1/4 diameter, pink, hard, capsule shaped pill marked "Alza 54". ## alza 54 is 54 mg extended release Concerta ## Very good if you actually have ADD or ADHD, but taking them without this condition may not be the best idea. They do not have any real effects, they make you more concentrated but you will get migranes the next day and will have a difficult time sleeping. I do not reccomend them for unprescribed use.

alza 54 is long and rust in color and alza 18 is yellow ## Concerta Extended Release 54mgs and Concerta 18mgs Extended Release. This is a drug for ADHD, it is also sold under the brand Ritalin.
