how many mg of oxycodone in a acetaminophen 325 ## Acetaminophen and Oxycodone are two different drugs; therefore the dosage of Acetaminophen does not reflect the dosage of Oxycodone. However in some preparations and combination drugs, such as Percocet, 325mgs of Acetaminophen may be combined with 5-10mgs of Oxycodone for an additive effect on pain relief. Slipped and fell down five steps... injured neck, shoulders, back and lower back. I’m SUPER conserned because my pharmacy has switched from the yellow Qualitest Norco to 2 different brands I must choose from: Tris Pharma & Lupin Pharma. They are 10/325 Norco. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, fibromyalgia, back surgeries in past and I’m told in future. I can’t stand the idea of being in pain all month. Any advise on which brand to get? I have been given the white Watson brand and the other white ones that say M367 (I think it’s a 7 at the end) they were 10/325 non the less. The Watson brand was ok but the M367 was like taking nothing sometimes. Please help me decide. Those are the only brands I can find. I have been taking qty of 120/mo,10-325 (percocet) for 2yrs with no side effects. My new MD reduced the qty to 90 and all was ok. He then reduced the qty to 60/mo 2 weeks ago and now my back pain has increased so much I can no longer continue my 1/2 mile daily walks. On his progressive timetable that qty is to be reduced to 45/mo which will be intolerable. I think I will be ok taking the same strength for 75/mo or would I be better off taking a qty of 60/mo 20-325 extended release?
