I have a prescription that I found moving, its about 2 years old, the bottle says 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen. I tried to look it up and everything just says Acetaminophen but nothing about the Oxycodone. Some insight would be great. I'm wondering if someone ripped me off and switched pills. Was told it was buspar but can't find it in the pill identifier. ## The reason this isn't listed in the pill identifiers is due to the fact that it's an over the counter product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol that's used to treat pain, fever and headaches. This medication can be toxic if too much is ingested in any 24 hour period, so please do not exceed a total of 4,000mgs daily. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## I appreciate the response! If the pill is a white oval with P500 on one side and nothing on the other then it is (Equate extra strength pain reliever/fever reducer acetaminophen 500mg) I'm literally getting ready to take 2 of them after I'm done typing this. If it's a white oval pill that has "P" on one side and "500" on the opposite side then and ONLY THEN is it a ciprofloxacin... Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. Unfortunately, I have not come across any definitive proof for this pill ID.
