IS TEVA 74 MADE OF THE SAME COMPOUND AS AMBIEN, OR DOES IT HAVE SLIGHT VARIATION..?? ## The pill in description is Zolpidem (10 mg), which is actually the generic for Ambien; however Generic Zolpidem is approved for the short-term (usually about two to six weeks) treatment of insomnia while Ambien CR is approved for long-term use….so I am assuming it may not be exactly one in the same (having a slight variation as you mentioned).
