What is this blue pill? The medical office gave it (tabradol) to me for pain. No paperwork on it. I never heard of it. I have not used it and the seals were broken open. The pain cream also. i use tramadol when i first got it the tablets were white and green know they r just white why ## It may be that the pharmacy gave you a completely different brand of tramadol, from another manufacturer. That appears to be one of the most common situations I've heard of lately, so its very likely to be the case here. Did you ever end up going back over to the pharmacy after-wards to make sure it's the right medication?

It is a white oval pill with L484 on one side; used as a pain reliever similar to vicodin. ## I think it's Acetaminophen extra strength. ## that is ## OBill's identification is correct and just to add specifics on the dosage for other site users, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a store brand or generic for Extra Strength Tylenol and is available over the counter. A good rule of thumb to remember is that these tablets with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products, that is all this company manufactures. Are you sure there aren't additional markings? Teva Pharmaceuticals is a large manufacturer of generic prescription medications and they have recently started using TEVA as their logo on the pills they make, but they also use numbers on them. Thus, I'm not sure if the numbers on this one were rubbed off, or are just too small to be easily seen, since some of their tablets are pretty tiny. Could you please double check?
