There is no ip190500. Only P500 on one side only. One side is blank. ## Is this a pink, oblong tablet? If so, it was manufactured by Pliva and they list it as having contained 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene. This medication has been removed from the market, because of the risk it caused of cardiac injury and a high number of overdose deaths, as reported by the FDA. It also carried the risk of being habit forming.

FOUND A WHITE OBLONG PILL IN MY HOUSE ON ONE SIDE IT SAYS HYL AND CF ON THE OTHER ## This is an over the counter homeopathic medication called Calm's Forte, it is manufactured by Hyland's. It is used to treat anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia, though there is no actual proof that it works for such conditions. The FDA does warn that it may cause dizziness, and drowsiness, in some people that take it. I have tried it in the past, for insomnia, and it did seem to help, for a few weeks, but then stopped. My Rx bottle says Hydrocodone 7.5/500. The pill is a white oblong scored pill with V on one side and 35 95 on the other side. Is that the correct medication that my bottle indicates? ## That is the correct medication, but not the correct dosage on the Acetaminophen, this tablet actually contains 650mgs of it, rather than the 500mgs that you say it has on your bottle, however, the dosage of the Hydrocodone is correct at 7.5mgs.
