Round Green Pill With Cf On One Side Hyl The Other

Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. The tablet with the 44 527 marking is also an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine, it is used to help relieve cold symptoms. Called pharmacy and didn't get a satisfactory answer..Is this white tablet same as pink one. ## What are the markings on the tablet in question? Pink on one side that says magnum and white with blue flecks on the other that has 357 imprinted. the bottle says caffeine 325 mg and ephedrine sulphate 25 mg. what are these pills used for? ## In reference to ephedrine and caffeine mixture tablets, I remember they were used for people who had trouble breathing due to allergies or asthma.
