What Is A M523 Yellow Pill

Just got these pills from my pharmacy after getting long white ones with the imprint m523 on it which by the way I love. But these new ones from alvogen are absolutely horrible!! I am still in a lot of pain and the feeling I get from them are next to nothing like the m523. I am wondering if the pharmacy will exchange them for me if they have my old ones in stock? These are better then what my Pharmacy has. The 10/325 M523 handled pain better and longer. ## Be careful with Walmart meds. As with all Walmart products, Walmart is looking for the cheapest they can find. I was a pharma rep for years and Walmart cares MOST about making money. They'll accept meds that have been stored on shelves and in warehouses for a very long time. I have a white oblong pill one side says 10/325 other side m523 :s this a generic perocet. Got my prescription today at a private owned pharmacy for my Percocet 10/325. I just got filled my Percocet is has M523 and is a oblong pill.I have never had one that looked like this.I have been taking this particular drug for a few years.I have a very bad back and arthritis.I have taken 2 of these pills in the last 8 hrs and I feel no pain relief, but am nauseated?I have always had yellow generic that worked very good. I'm needing help to find out which company makes this generic 10mg percocet: Yellow Oblong 10/325 on one side M532 on the other The pharmacy gave them to me the first time, but now they have me on white ones that didn't work. So, when I got my next prescription, I told them and asked for they yellow ones. I didn't realize there was another yellow one made by Endocet (E712), it doesn't work either.
